Based on knowledge amassed over the years since its establishment, Hamana Works is not only developing new lightweight materials and industrial techniques but is also exploring all types of technical possibilities such as air suspensions that reduce vibration and compact chassis ideal for use on domestic roads.
Once a client has finished detailed consultations with our design and manufacturing staff to ascertain product needs, designing begins using the latest CAD systems. The work drawing obtained from these CAD designs are subject to actual strength tests prior to being turned into a product and a presentation again is made, ensuring as a vital first step on the road to becoming a product, that it reflects the design concepts of “safer” “gentler” and “more comfortable”.
