Tell us about your work.

My job is to sell Car-Carriers.
I find out what kind of vehicle the customer wants through daily communication, and propose the customer's request as a specification and estimate.
It is also my responsibility to start in-house production after receiving an order.
Of course, delivering the finished vehicle to our customers is one of my most rewarding responsibilities.

What made you decide to join Hamana Works?

I found Hamana Works in my job hunting while I was in college.
It's amazing that each one is custom-made, and they has the largest market share in Japan.
I decided to join the company immediately because I thought that the sales of custom-made business must be drive force.

What is your impression of Hamana Works after joining the company?

I don't think this company is very big, but it has more communication than others.
Here is no excessive tension in the workplace to which I am assigned, and I can consult with the people around me when I have a problem.
It is my pleasure to face customers and in-house manufacturing every day while devising myself and sometimes receiving guidance from my boss and seniors.

What is your impression of your senior colleagues at work?

It's complicated, but we have an exquisite sense of distance.
The workplace makes me responsible, but when I make a mistake, my seniors support me.
I would like to do my best to become such a senior.

What has made you especially happy in your work so far?

At first I was afraid, but the pleasure when the customer said "great" at the time of delivery is so cool.
Because it is a high-priced product, customers can come into contact with it seriously, and if they are satisfied, they will be grateful.

How do you spend your holidays?

I am working on refreshing my brain, playing futsal and hitting my dull body again.
Teamwork and strategy are important for futsal, I recently think that it is very similar to my work. LOL
